During my day of a complete loss in imagination and inspiration, I decided to look through my stack of NewType magazines. I stopped at an advertisement for Pioneer, but since the issue is in Japanese, I honeslty have no idea what it was advertising, but it had these cute little girls in Band-like uniforms. Then I IMed my friend, Stacie, and told her, I found something, but no bases were jumping out at me to use, and I've tried and failed completely at creating my own. Therefore, I sent her a baselist, and told her just to pick one. And she picked one perfect for the job.
I have no idea which link she used to get to this base. I know it's the "Cheer Base" or something to that effect, but I don't remember who it's by. Please tell me if you know.
Thanks ^3^
See, that's my problem. I have my few absolute favorites, then when I use one that isn't on the list, I can never remember where the base is from. D:
